The most profitable employee you'll ever hire

isn't a person. It's a system.

We take 15 businesses. That's the cap.  ยท  Backed by two guarantees

The truth first

This isn't about replacing people.

A good crew is the business. Most contractors don't have a people problem. They have a systems problem, and your old system leaks in three places:

Hiring an employee adds complexity. Hiring a system adds revenue.

Local Dominator

Meet the hire.

Every piece of Local Dominator does a job you'd otherwise pay a person, an agency, or nobody to do. And nobody is the most expensive option.

The Profile Manager

Google Business Profile

Keeps your Google profile active, complete, and climbing. Posts, photos, Q&A, review responses. The map pack is its whole world.

Donna

The Valley's ADU assistant

When homeowners on Vera Home ask who to call, Donna only ever names Premium businesses. You're one of them, in front of people already planning an ADU.

The List Worker

Always-on follow-up

Chases open estimates, asks for the review after every job, and reminds past customers when it's time to call you back. Works nights, weekends, and holidays without overtime.

The Scorekeeper

Monthly dominance report

Every month: your Maps visibility, your calls, and the revenue the system found you. No guessing whether it's working. Some competitors charge thousands just to show you your own numbers.

Do the math like an owner

What does the cheapest hire in Los Angeles actually cost?

One full-time minimum-wage hire

~$3,500

per month, direct payroll cost only

  • $18.42/hr City of LA wage floor, before a single benefit
  • Plus payroll taxes and workers' comp (already in that number)
  • Not included: insurance, PTO, tools, truck, training, turnover
  • Not included: managing a human being every single week
  • Works 40 hours. Sleeps. Calls in sick. Quits.

Buying the same systems separately

$35,000+

first year, at advertised market rates

  • Local SEO / GBP retainer: $500 to $1,500/mo
  • Review management: $200 to $400/mo
  • Follow-up automation: $397/mo plus a $2,497 setup, published competitor pricing
  • Reporting dashboards: $397/mo plus $2,497 per build phase, same competitor
  • Reactivation campaign: $2,000 to $8,000 each
  • Four vendors, four invoices, nobody accountable for the whole picture

Local Dominator

$997

per month, plus a $2,500 one-time setup

  • Works your Google presence, your old customer list, and your follow-ups
  • Chases estimates at 9pm, on Sundays, and while you're on the job
  • Never needs training twice. Never has a bad week.
  • $997 a month, versus roughly $42,000 a year for the hire
  • One job. Revenue. Measured in a monthly scorecard.

What you're actually getting

Four systems. One hire. One signing bonus.

Here's what each one costs if you were to pay for it separately:

Premium directory listing + Donna placement

Live on Vera Home, the Valley's ADU resource. Donna, our AI assistant, only ever names Premium businesses when homeowners ask who to call.

$297/yr

Always-on follow-up engine

The List Worker chases open estimates, requests the review after every finished job, and reminds past customers when it's time to call again. This is the system competitors sell as their flagship product.

$397/mo + $2,497

published competitor pricing

Monthly Dominance Report

Your Maps visibility, your calls, and the revenue the system found, every month, against your Day-0 baseline. Competitors sell this as a separate reporting product built in paid phases.

$397/mo + $2,497/phase

published competitor pricing

Google Business Profile domination

Full GBP audit and rebuild, ongoing posts, photos and Q&A, review responses, citation cleanup, and Maps rank tracking against your baseline. The map pack is where Valley jobs are won.

$500โ€“$1,500/mo

market-rate retainers

The Found Revenue Sprint, your signing bonus

One managed reactivation campaign through the customers you already earned, in your first 30 days. List hygiene, an approved offer, the send sequence, and every reply routed straight to you.

$2,000โ€“$8,000

market rate, included free

Buy it all on your own and you'll spend $35,000 or more in the first year. Get it as one system and you pay $997 a month plus a $2,500 one-time setup. And the Sprint is designed to make that setup back in your first 30 days.

$35,000+ of value

$997

per month + $2,500 one-time setup

The rollout

90 days, built in the open.

First 72 hours

The Green Start. Your Premium listing and Donna placement go live. Your baseline Maps rank scan lands in your inbox, so you can see the starting line. GBP audit underway, citation cleanup started.

First 30 days

The Found Revenue Sprint. Your customer list gets cleaned, matched, and worked with a campaign you approve line by line. Every reply routes straight to you. Meanwhile full Google Business Profile optimization is running: posts, photos, reviews, Q&A.

Month 2

The List Worker goes always-on. Open estimates get chased, finished jobs get review requests, past customers get reminded on schedule.

Month 3

The full system is compounding, and your monthly Dominance Report proves it: visibility, calls, and revenue found, against your Day-0 baseline.

Day 90

The scorecard. Not a story about activity. Where you started, what went live, who responded, what calls were captured, and where your visibility moved.

Where it lives

Built on the Valley's ADU resource.

This isn't a marketing agency bolted onto your business from three time zones away. It runs on verahome.pro, the directory homeowners use when they start planning an ADU, and every claim on this page is measured there.

17,000+

Valley ADU permits tracked through LA's public permit data

1,956+

live contractor listings across the ADU supply chain

1,048

licenses verified against the State of California, check date shown

21

trades organized by build stage: Plan, Build, Systems, Finish, Site

Two guarantees

Measured. Not promised.

Guarantee 1 ยท Your setup fee

The Found Revenue Sprint runs in your first 30 days. If it doesn't uncover at least your setup fee in booked estimates from your own customer list, we refund your setup. You keep everything we built.

Guarantee 2 ยท Your visibility

We scan your Google Maps visibility on Day 0 and again on Day 90, same searches, same map. If it hasn't improved, the next 90 days are free.

Why we can

Because the money is usually already there. Most contractors have real revenue sitting in customers they already earned. We go get it, and we measure everything against your own baseline.

You'll never have to wonder if it's working. You'll have the before and after.

Visibility is measured against your own Day-0 baseline scan, on the searches we agree to at enrollment. The setup-fee guarantee applies when you provide at least 100 customer records, and booked estimates are counted from tracked Sprint responses only. No activity reports dressed up as results.

Straight answers

What owners actually ask.

Why do I have to apply?+

Because we take 15 businesses, and that's a real ceiling, not a countdown timer. Every account gets the full buildout: the profile rebuild, the Sprint, the always-on follow-up engine, and a human watching the scorecard every month. That doesn't stretch across 100 clients, and we'd rather cap it than water it down. The application is how we make sure the 15 are businesses we can actually move the needle for.

What do you need from me?+

Three things, once: access to your Google Business Profile, a customer export from whatever you run today (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or a spreadsheet), and a quick email setup we walk your domain host through. You approve every offer and every message before anything sends, and you take the calls that come in. What you don't do is manage anything week to week. That's the point.

Does this work with my CRM?+

Yes. The system works from an export, so it doesn't matter if you run Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, or a spreadsheet in the truck. No rip-and-replace, no new software for your office to learn, nothing about your day-to-day changes.

What about an AI receptionist or a new website?+

We build those too. But we don't sell them upfront. Once the system is earning and the scorecard proves it, you can add the 24/7 receptionist or the Smart AI Website when they make sense for you. Competitors charge $997 a month for AI booking alone, so we'd rather you buy it after you trust us.

Why wouldn't I just hire someone?+

If you need hands on a job, in a truck, or in front of a customer, hire. Nothing on this page replaces that person. This exists for the work nobody in your company actually owns: the Google profile, the old customer list, the calls that ring out while everyone's working. Paying $3,500 a month in payroll to babysit those is the expensive way to solve it.

How is this different from an SEO agency?+

An agency sells you activity: reports about posts, links, and impressions. This is a system with a scorecard. You get your baseline scan on day 0, the same scan on day 90, and a guarantee tied to the difference. If an agency offered you that, you'd already have it in writing.

When do I see something real?+

72 hours. Your Premium listing and Donna placement go live, and your baseline Maps scan lands in your inbox. That scan is yours to keep either way, and most owners have never seen one for their own business.

15 spots. Application only.

One team. One job. More revenue.

We only have the capacity to run this for 15 companies, so it's an application, not a checkout. Apply, and if it looks like a fit we'll pull up your Google presence live and show you exactly where the leaks are. If it's not for you, you'll still leave knowing more about your own business than you walked in with.
